Monitoring & Rebooting

Taking care of a VPS is a difficult procedure. You either need to do the work all by yourself and commit your valuable time to watching over your server, or you need to set up a 3rd–party tool whose sole duty will be to monitor your Virtual Private Server. And that is precisely where our Administration Services package will help you out. With it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom–built monitoring software system, which will monitor all the key services. And in case of any service failure, our server admins will be notified instantly and they will resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux VPS Package isn’t the easiest thing in the world. You will either have to use some other server or your home PC, alternatively utilize a 3rd–party solution. We offer a far simpler and easier solution with our Administration Services offer. We will make a full backup copy of your VPS once a week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any valuable info. Plus, we can always recover a backup very fast. All the backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux VPS Package, you have full freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, a part of the scripts are harder to install and might require some extra setup on your part. That’s where our Administration Services deal will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving procedures – it means that you can basically employ one of our seasoned server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of application whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him resolve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and is an extra feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
